Super User Cryptoparty - A start to online privacy How much do you rely on computers and internet in your daily life? Without a secure way to store, transfer or discard your information, your privacy can be at a risk of exposing to the public or any parties. Therefore, with the support of MANETIC and MOCERT, ISACA (Macao Chapter) is going to hold a CPD seminar (19th Nov, 2012 – 6:30pm to 8:30pm) on Cryptoparty – a movement that is being organised in dozens of cities throughout Australia, Germany, US and the UK, that bring techniques and security enjoyed by enterprises, to individuals through using open source and freely available tools. This event is organised for all that use a computer. IS professionals of Macau are invited to participate to learn of the tools and techniques available so as to evaluate and realise that security and privacy online, enterprise or at home, is a choice available to all. People joining the Cryptoparty are encouraged to bring their own device they personally use to apply techniques, or to just listen in for future reference.
